.Maintain a well-qualified and “sales conscious” Reservations team, through delivery of weekly reservations sales training and direct supervision of employees accepting transient and group reservations.
.Ensure all possible sales leads and advance reservations, both group and individuals are processed with accurate direction by email, direct contact with guest or convenors, through the Visual One network.
.Devise and implement effect incentive programs to achieve maximum application for all rate and revenue strategies.
.Minimum of 3 years hotel revenue/reservations management experience required.
.Proven leader in areas of yield management, Visual One and channel management.
.Proven ability to manage and develop employees through training and goal setting focused on increasing occupancy and average rte.
.Communicate on a daily basis the pricing strategies for current day and future bookings.
.Strong computer & technology skills with adaptability to learn and use new programs.
